Reservations
To validate the reservation, the client must send proof of payment along with the following information for all guests via WhatsApp: +55 (85) 9 8601-8630:
1.- Full name of the guest(s);
2.- CPF, ID (RG), or passport;
3.- Contact phone number;
4.- Email address (one per guest);
5.- Estimated arrival time (check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out until 11:00 AM).
Payment, Reservations, Rental and Security Deposit
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total stay amount is required.
The remaining balance must be paid up to 14 days before the check-in date.
If the reservation is made within 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total stay amount will be charged at the time of booking.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, deposit, PIX, or credit card.
In some cases, a security deposit may be required. The amount will be informed at the time of booking, depending on the property.
If, for reasons beyond our control, the reserved property becomes unavailable, the client may choose between: a similar replacement property or a full refund of all amounts paid.
Check-in
Check-in time: from 3:00 PM
The client must inform the estimated arrival time in advance and provide the information described in the “Reservations” section.
Without this information, check-in cannot be completed.
Check-out
Check-out time: until 11:00 AM
Cancellation and Changes
In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.
No refund will be given for the rental amount or deposit if the guest decides to leave before the end of the stay.
Changes to reservation dates will only be accepted with written confirmation from the company.
The company reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement without refund in the following cases:
exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed;
disturbance of neighbors or violation of condominium rules;
hosting parties;
use of illegal drugs;
pets without prior authorization;
failure to fully pay rent or security deposit.
If the property includes internet or cable TV, the company is not responsible for service failures, as these are provided by third parties.
Guest Responsibilities and Obligations
The guest is responsible for the rented property and all items within it, as well as for any damage caused by themselves, their companions, or visitors.
All occupants must comply with condominium rules.
Any fines imposed by the condominium management will be the responsibility of the client and must be paid immediately.
Failure to comply may result in early termination of the contract without refund.
Visitors
Some condominiums do not allow visitors. Please contact us before booking if you plan to receive visitors, so we can recommend a suitable property.
Utilities (Electricity and Gas)
Some reservations do not include electricity and gas consumption. The client must verify this in the rental agreement. If applicable, these costs must be paid: at check-out; or monthly for stays longer than 30 days.
Jurisdiction
The parties agree to the jurisdiction of the District of Fortaleza, State of Ceará, Brazil, to settle any disputes arising from this agreement.
